NAPCO Pipe & Fittings Welcomed LASCO Fittings and its Team into the Westlake Family of Companies

NAPCO Pipe & Fittings welcomed LASCO Fittings and its team into the Westlake family of companies. Executives from NAPCO and Westlake visited the LASCO Brownsville, Tennessee facility on Tuesday, August 24 to meet with employees and answer questions. They also presented Jonathan Murray, CEO of LASCO, with a safety plaque, which displays the words from Westlake’s founder T.T. Chao about the importance of working safely. The safety plaque hangs in all of Westlake’s 50+ locations worldwide.  

By adding LASCO Fittings to the product mix, NAPCO will expand into additional markets, particularly with LASCO specializing in half-inch to four-inch fittings and serving the plumbing, pool and spa, industrial, irrigation and retail markets in the United States.  LASCO’s product mix is complementary to the existing range of NAPCO pipe and fittings products, primarily diameters of four or more inches, and will bring additional fittings products to NAPCO’s offerings. “We are excited about this combination, which creates a stronger company with increased scale, greater product diversity and integration throughout the value chain,” said Andre Battistin, vice president NAPCO, Pipe & Fittings. “Our strong tradition of providing customers with high-quality products, world-class technology and a standard of excellence remains our primary focus.”

LASCO Fittings will continue to operate a 48-acre, 500,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Brownsville, Tennessee along with eight regional distribution facilities strategically located throughout the United States.  

With the addition of LASCO Fittings, Westlake has approximately 9,800 employees and operates worldwide.
